I am still in a state of euphoric ecstasy having just finished my Pain de Raisin. If you drive by this bakery you will be forgiven by others as the signage is horrible, however you will not forgive yourself as you will have missed a local gem. When I say "local" I mean The State of Washington as few places in the state could rival it. Many many choices of all sorts. Personable staff and you can see them making what you are about to enjoy in the kitchen space 10 feet away. I am in love.

This place is phenomenal. The french pastries are the real deal. The croissants are my favorite. Hands down the best croissants I've ever had, and I've had a lot in my day. The lattes are always made to perfection. I am so glad to have this gem so close by where I can get a real cup of coffee. It's such a treat :)
